Wir waren heute zum traditionellen Schlacht- und Bockbierfest im Gasthof Hilmersdorf. Es war richtig toll, der freundliche Empfang vom sehr sympathischen Kellner und dann natürlich Haxe und Wellfleisch. Das Essen war sehr, sehr schmackhaft und hübsch angerichtet. Einfach lecker in einem gemütlichen erzgebirgischen Gasthof gegessen. Ein großes Dankeschön dem Koch, der sein Handwerk beherrscht!
