Das Service war gut organisiert und richtig schnell.Mega Rindsuppe, die auch nach Rind schmeckt und nicht nach Pulver.Die Hauptspeise war außerordentlich gut - geschmacklich, als auch optisch, was bei einer großen Feier nicht selbstverständlich ist.(Saibling mit saisonalem Gemüse - keine TK-Ware, lecker gemischter Salat)Ich war positiv überrascht, hat Spaß gemacht hier zu essen.
