Eine sehr gehobene Wirtshausküche die sowohl geschmacklich als auch optisch in der Region eine eigene Liga darstellt!…die Karte basiert sehr stark auf das Alleinstellungsmerkmal Hadn (=Buchweizen), in verschiedensten Variationen. Muss man gesehen und vor allem probiert haben!
