Ein echtes Erlebnis im Herzen des Weinviertels! Heute beim Ganslbuffet war einfach alles perfekt – von der deftigen Ganslsuppe mit Knöderln, die ich direkt dreimal genossen habe, bis hin zu den Hauptgerichten: zartes, saftiges Ganslfleisch mit knuspriger Haut, wie es sein soll! Dazu ein wunderbar würziges Rotkraut und himmlische Erdäpfelknödel – das ist authentische, ehrliche Küche auf höchstem Niveau. Ein großes Salatbuffet und dreierlei Mehlspeisen, darunter ein traumhafter Apfelstrudel, rundeten das Ganze ab. Und das alles für nur 24,90€?! Hier bekommt man zwei Portionen zum Preis von einer, während man woanders für diesen Preis oft nicht mal eine bekommt. Meine ganze Familie war begeistert, und ich komme sicher wieder. Ein echtes Highlight in unserer Region – absolut empfehlenswert!
