Vorspeisen Beef Tatare,dazu gab es Butter und Toast Brot.Als Speise vorab war die Portion genau richtig.Mein Bekannter bestellte die Leberknödelsuppe.Diese war ein ehrliche mit Knochen zubereitete Suppe.Als Hauptgericht nahm ich die oftmals Empfohlene Gegrillte Schweinsleber,sie war mürbe und Geschmacklich 1a.Mein Kumpel nahm das lang ersehnte Kalbsbeuschel.Laut seinen Schwärmen,war es das beste das er je gegessen hatte.Ein Dessert muss sein,die Wahl fiel wie so oft auf Palatschinken.Nach der etwas 5-7 minütigen Wartezeit,ließ darauf schließen daß sie frisch gemacht wurden.Fazit:Ein lohnenswerter Besuch,Ein Lob an die Küche
