Tolles Restaurant, gehobene, wechselnde saisonale Küche. Soßengott Daniel McCabe kreiert immer wieder spannende Gerichte.(probiert unbedingt die Krustentiersoße) Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Überraschungsmenü. Aber auch bei Weinen ist der Landgraf sehr gut sortiert. Exzellente Auswahl an Weinen aus der Pfalz. Volker Salm hat immer gute Ideen welche Weine zu den ausgesuchten Speisen passen. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!
