Aber daran liegt es nicht.Dieser Ort, diese Menschen, diese Speisen zeugen laut und nachdrücklich davon, dass es auch anders geht. Das Mensch sein noch zählt, das Gier nicht alles ist und dass Lächeln nicht nur eine Dienstleistungsgeste ist, sondern auch gelebt sein kann.Definitive Empfehlung für die gebackene Leber. Wahrscheinlich die Beste, die ich in den letzten Jahren gegessen habe. Und das um 7 Euro für eine wirklich große Portion 2024.
