Einfach top und klare Weiterempfehlung.Mir wurde dieses Restaurant von einem einheimischen empfohlen und ich war beeindruckt.Schon zu Beginn war das Service und die Behandlung der Kellner extrem freundlich bemüht schnell und sehr persönlich. Ich wurde sofort bedient und es wurde immer wieder aufmerksam gefragt ob ich etwas benötige, das ist nicht üblich und deshalb möchte ich es hervorheben.Das einzige auf was geachtet werden muss ist, dass die Küche erst richtig ab 18:00 Uhr startet davor gibt es eher einfache Gerichte jedoch nicht alles von der Karte. Das ist aber kein Problem für mich.Ich habe hier eine Fritattensuppe gegessen, die ein Wahnsinn war die Portionsgröße war wirklich gut und der Geschmack einfach hervorragend.Als Hauptspeise hatte ich die Käsespätzle mit echter Vorarlberger Käsmischung mit Röstzwiebel garniert, das war einfach der Wahnsinn. Ich habe so etwas noch nicht gegessen, geschmacklich einfach tipptopp.Sobald ich wieder in Dornbirn bin, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier essen, klare Weiterempfehlung für jeden.
