Labskaus-Essen nur im hohen Norden möglich? Nein, hier im Vogtland in Plauen ist es in der "Friesischen Botschaft" ein Bestandteil in der gut gefüllten Speisekarte. Nettes Personal und das maritime Flair machten den Abend zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.
Quelle: GoogleTolles Restaurant als Teil vom Parkhotel in Plauen. Schöne, gemütliche und authentische Einrichtung. Preise sind voll gerechtfertigt für die gebotene Qualität: also Preisleistung super. Immer auch mal abwechselnde Gerichte, je nach Saison und Jahreszeit. Aktuell sehr schöne und leckere Wildgerichte. Ich hatte u.a. die halbe Ente (ohne Knochen) mit Orangensoße, hausgemachter Apfel-Rotkohl und Klößen. Richtig lecker, vernünftige Portion, schön knusprig.. ein Gedicht. 5 von 5 Sternen. Eine absolute Empfehlung, macht weiter so. Weinkarte übrigens auch topp. Dazu noch schöne, dezente Weihnachtsmusik im Hintergrund. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend.
