Wir kamen heute auf einer Wanderung am Schwarzen Fuchs vorbei und beschlossen spontan einzukehren. Wir kannten das Lokal bislang nicht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und entspannt, der Gastraum einladend und das Essen sehr lecker. Die Currywurst mit Grillkartoffeln und Joghurtdip war pfiffig angerichtet und schmeckte vorzüglich. Mal was anderes und viel besser als die üblichen Pommes. Hier waren wir sicher nicht zum letzten Mal.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 25 Personen im Forsthaus Schwarzer Fuchs. Das Forsthaus ist sehr schön im Annweiler Hinterwald gelegen. Es ist mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Essen war frisch und mit regionalen Zutaten zubereitet. Ob Flammkuchen, Saumagen, Leberknödel mit Sauerkraut oder Spinatknödel mit einem raffiniert angemachten Weißkohl. Es hat allem hervorragend geschmeckt. Ein besonderes Highlight: Das Forsthaus wird direkt mit Quellwasser versorgt, welches zu Trinkwasser aufbereitet wird. Das Forsthaus Schwarzer Fuchs empfehlen ich uneingeschränkt weiter.
