Absolut leckere Forellen, auf Wunsch filetiert, serviert mit Kartoffeln, flüssiger Butter, gebräunten Mandelblättchen und auf Wunsch Beilagensalat (Bohnensalat oder Eisbergsalat) in leckerer, cremiger Sauce! Ich nehme den Beilagensalat "halb und halb" - also von beiden Sorten. Megalecker und sehr zu empfehlen! Der Service ist immer total nett. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, was ich aber gut finde. Lieber weniger auf der Karte, aber was angeboten wird, in vernünftiger Qualität. Preise sind etwas höher, aber normal für Fisch, denke ich. Kartoffeln und flüssige Butter werden bei Bedarf sogar noch nachgebracht! Die Räumlichkeiten sind altbacken und rustikal, was die Atmosphäre aber gemütlich macht - eben "wie bei Oma zuhause" :-). Wir kommen seit unserem ersten Besuch öfter hierher und es ist jedes Mal lecker! P.S.: Unbedingt vor dem Besuch reservieren!
