Ich habe gestern einmal mehr einige Kartons Wein in der Fontane-Lounge angeliefert. Danach empfahl mir Thomas die "Dough Rolls" mit Shrimps, Thunfisch und Schmand im Blätterteig zu probieren. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich diese Zusammenstellung bisher nicht kannte, aber ich war vollauf zufrieden. Wenngleich die Zubereitung nur ca. 12-15 Minuten dauerte, waren sowohl Optik & Portionsgröße als auch Qualität absolut TOP. Der Weg nach Brandenburg/Havel hat sich vollumfänglich gelohnt. Wir waren zum brunchen in der Fontane Lounge. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Leider war der Service an diesem Tag zu bemängeln. Es wurde nicht abgeräumt und ob man etwas trinken möchte wurde auch eher selten gefragt. Die Location ist zentral und man sitzt sehr gemütlich.

Moin, hier kommen wir gene wieder. Das Personal was schnell, höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Getränke und das köstliche Essen wurden schnell serviert. Zum Abschluss gab es noch einen Grappa vom Haus. Alles perfekt, wir kommen wieder. Die grandiose Aussicht ist kaum zu toppen.
