Der Lachs an sich ist nicht schlecht, aber die Portion ist so klein, da sucht man fast vergeblich nach ihm. Das Brötchen ist das billigste Aufbackbrötchen, das man von gut&günstig bekommt, wobei hier vermutlich nur der “günstig”-Part zutrifft. Der Hauch an Eisbergsalat und Soße kann da auch nichts mehr retten. Dafür sind 8€ echt Wucher! Dafür würde ich den Lachs lieber in der Wildnis schwimmen sehen als in dem kümmerlichen Brötchen.
