Ich kann nur das Restaurant bewerten. Das Essen super und jeden Euro wert. Heute wieder Brot, verschiedene Sorten mit Gänseschmalz und heute noch leckerer Getrockneter Tomaten - Oliven Paste. Danach ein Gruß aus der Küche, ein kleines Vitello-Tonnato mit Rucola und Tomate. Einmal Rumpsteak aufgeschnitten mit Gemüse-Kartoffel-Bett, Fleisch zergeht auf der Zunge und einmal Heilbutt auf Trüffel-Risotto Wir waren auch diesmal absolut begeistern. Super freundliche Bedienung

Wir hatten einen tollen, 5 tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem familiär geführten Hotel! Das Haus liegt direkt am Dorfteich und ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Der Garten mit den hübschen Strandkörben liebevoll gepflegt, das Zimmer tipptopp und das Essen ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig und der Service durchgehend sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alle Jahre wieder sind wir im Fitschen. Und auch heute wieder - es war hervorragend! Im Tagesangebot die Rinderroulade mit Wirsing und Kartoffelstampf - ein Traum. Geschmortes von höchster Güte. Zum Abschluss, die selbst gemachte, rote Grütze - das lässt keine Wünsche mehr offen.
