Tolles Restaurant. Wer gut essen mochte, sollte da hin und das Menu genießen. Tolle Zutaten, tolle Kompositionen und ein sehr schönes Ambiente! Wir waren hier Samstag Abend und haben uns für das Menu entschieden, die Wein Begleitung haben wir ausgelassen, da die Weinkarte sehr vielversprechend war. Das Menu war sehr gut und ausgeglichen konzipiert! Das Lammkarree war toll und Butter zart! Jede Gericht war toll. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder

Quelle: GoogleMitten in Degerloch liegt das Fässle. Unscheinbar von außen, aber direkt schon bei der Begrüßung fühlt man sich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Und so geht es bis zum Ende. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und das Essen sehr sehr gut, absolut auf Sterne Niveau, aber eben ohne Stern, aber wie ich finde zu einem fairen Preis. Man kann zwischen einem vegetarischen und einem normalen Menü wählen. Für Kinder unter 12 gibt es ein extra Kindermenü, was ich super finde. Wir hatten das vegetarische Menü mit Weinbegleitung. Alle Gänge sehr gut, geschmacklich und optisch und gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Auf jeden Fall kreativ und natürlich nicht 08/15 und was neues und interessantes für den Gaumen. Saisonale Karte und Gerichte. Wer kein Menü möchte, kann auch von der Karte essen.
