Wir waren an unserem Jahrestag zum ersten Mal im Estancia. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und zu unserem Tisch begleitet wo schon der Gruß aus der Küche auf uns gewartet hat. Unser Kellner war sehr locker, zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Wir hatten das Filet von Jack's Creek und das Ribeye von Marlon Seebürger. Bei der Steaks war wirklich perfekt gegrillt und schmeckten wirklich vom Feinsten. Allerdings ist das Ribeye von Marlon Seebürger nicht von dieser Welt. Wahnsinnig genialer und trotzdem ungewohnter Fleischgeschmack. Ich hätte mir wirklich gewünscht dieses köstliche Stück würde nie zuende gehen. Absolutes Highlight! Die Beilagen waren gut, allerdings nichts wirklich besonderes. Da kann man tatsächlich noch etwas nachbessern. Aber der Fokus steht hier ja eher auf dem Steaks. Wir kommen auch jeden Fall sehr gerne öfters zu euch. Thanks for having us!
