Sensationelles Essen. Man merkt, dass der Chef selbst am Herd steht, die er ab und an selbst serviert. Es gibt nicht die Tiroler Küche, die man erwartet, sondern hervorragend auf den Punkt gebratene Steak, sowie asiatisch angehauchte Fischgerichte. Definitiv mehrere Besuche wert. Der aufmerksame Service rundet den Aufenthalt ab.

Die Speisekarte ist kurz gehalten (was wir sehr angenehm finden) und dazu gibt es noch Tagesempfehlungen und ein Menü aus 5 Gängen. Den Hinweis, dass man vom Menü auch einzelne Speisen bestellen kann ist auch nicht selbstverständlich! Wir haben direkt für unseren zweiten Abend noch einen Tisch reserviert und freuen uns erneut dort einzukehren. Eine Reservierung ist erforderlich!
