Tolle Location mit erstklassigem Essen. Wir hatte ein Menü mit mehreren Gängen. Dazu bei jedem Gang ein Glas Wein. Das Menü war wirklich toll zusammengestellt. Leider habe ich nicht jeden Gang fotografiert. Aber 2 Bilder aus 2024 und ein paar weitere aus 2023 kann ich dann doch hochladen… genießt Euren Besuch!

🅰🅼🅱🅸🅴🅽🆃🅴 Schöner kleiner Nebenraum in dem sich ca. 10 Tische befinden. Es ist geschmackvoll und nicht zu futuristisch eingerichtet. Alles sehr authentisch. 🆂🅴🆁🆅🅸🅲🅴 Service war aufmerksam & freundlich. Einziger Punkt ist die Dauer bis das letze Gericht serviert wurde. An diesem Abend waren lediglich 3 Tische belegt. Um 19 Uhr wurde Platz genommen und der letzte Gang wurde um 23.15 serviert. Für mich mit einer längeren Anfahrt (ca. 1 Stunde) war das doch etwas spät. Ich hatte einen guten Vergleich, da ich erst einen Tag zuvor in einem, anderen Sterne Restaurant in der Nähe war und 8-Gänge innerhalb von 2.15h serviert wurden. 🅴🆂🆂🅴🅽 Jedes Gericht sah fantastisch aus, schmeckte ausgefallen, sehr fein und teilweise sehr intensiv. Mein Highlight, das Königsfisch Ceviche und der Rehrücken. Die jeweiligen Jus/ Gelees waren einfach ein Traum. ————————— 🆃🅾🆃🅰🅻 Es war ein absolut toller und leckerer Abend. Ich werde wenn es die Möglichkeit gibt, wieder das Restaurant besuchen.
