Wir haben hier nur etwas getrunken daher können wir nichts über die Küche sagen, die Speisekarte hat sich aber sehr gut angehört. Das selbstgebraute Bier war sehr lecker. Tolles Ambiente, fast wie ein Museum.

Wir sind beim vorbeifahren angehalten. Hier hat der Besitzer sich einen Traum verwirklicht. Eine Mühle aufbereitet. Ein Brauhaus erstellt. Die Mühle erstellt die Zutaten für Brot und Schnaps, die hier auch verkauft werden. Dazu kommt noch ein Restaurant und ein Hotel. 4 Sterne für das Essen, weil die Karte klein aber frisch ist. Richtung Brauhaus. Aber ein paar Dinge fehlen doch. Drei Sterne für Service weil Selbstbedienung und dadurch die Tische nicht schnell genug wieder sauber gemacht werden. Ambiente ist rustikal aber urgemütlich. 5 Sterne insgesamt Trotzdem, da man hier wirklich einkehren muss.
