Wir waren, wie schon oft in der Eintracht Essen, reserviert auf 20.00 Uhr, im schönen Wintergarten. Es ist Wildzeit, ein kühles Weizen-Bier zum Anfang und einen schönen roten Tropfen zum Essen. Wir hatten das Wildgeschnetzelte, einfach ein Genuss für den Gaumen und das Auge. Wir konnten uns noch, bei einem Bierchen, mit dem Chef des Hauses unterhalten. Ein sehr angenehmer und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit. Die Gastfreundschaft und Essen wie immer ein Hochgenuss!Danke,
