Wenn ich alle paar Wochen in Idar-Oberstein bin, findet man mich an mindestens zwei Abenden im Eckstein. Die Kreationen von Köchin Moni sind innovativ und ausgefallen. Eine kleine feine Karte die alle paar Monate rund um erneuert wird. Da kann sich so manches Burgerrestaurant in größeren Städten eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Gleiches gilt für die Signature Cocktails auf die ich mich jedes Mal ganz besonders freue. Im Eckstein ist nichts 0815. Die Kombination aus ausgefallenen Cocktails, dazu aber auch etwas zu essen bekommen findet man leider nicht so oft. Für mich ist das Eckstein einer der Gründe regelmäßig meine Heimat zu besuchen. Die aktuell negativen Bewertungen kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Weiter so Dima!

Das Ambiente ist stylisch, auch wenn’s ein bisschen dunkel ist. Die Cocktails könnten für den Preis etwas größer sein. Alles in allem aber wirklich top 😊
