Es gibt sie noch , die gemütlichen Gasthäuser, persönlich geführt, mit viel Service und einer bodenständigen Küche, an der sich so manche Hotelküche eines Sternehotels ein Beispiel nehmen sollte. Spargel war aus, kein Problem die Küche besorgte schnell frischen neuen. Heraus kam ein traditionelles sächsisches Gericht, das seines gleichen sucht. Alles war auf den Punkt, Kartoffeln, Spargel, Sauce und natürlich die Zunge, butterzart. Zum Schluss entschuldigte sich noch die Bedienung, weil es etwas länger dauerte, da der ausgegangene Spargel erst noch neu herangeschafft werden musste, dass es so etwas noch gibt! Diese Gaststätte liegt unweit der nahe liegenden Autobahn A72. Allein das Essen lohnt den Zwischenhalt, doch man sollte auf die Öffnungszeiten achten, Mi-Fr. 11-14Uhr. Doch es lohnt sich, was besseres findet sich kaum.
