3x besucht, 3 verschiedene Gerichte probiert, 3x überzeugt!!! Endlich muss ich nicht nach Düsseldorf fahren, um eine Weltklasse Ramen-Suppe zu bekommen :) Der Chili-Chicken-Burger ist aber mein Fav, weil er mich an die geilen Streetfoodburger in Thailand erinnert. Buns und Pattys selbstgemacht, die Chilisauce ist schön scharf aber verdirbt dabei nicht den Geschmack. Jeden Mittwoch gibt es Sushi: Dazu eine selbstgekochte Sojasauce und rosa Ingwer. Warum rosa? Weil er jung ist. Und genau das meine ich: Hier ist nichts Einheitsbrei. Hebt nicht ab und bleibt authentisch, genau das macht euch aus. Weiter so!

Zu 100% überzeugt! Kurzfassung: super location, sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal, sehr leckere und fein zubereitete Gerichte und eine reiche Auswahl an Getränken. Ausführliche Bewertung; Angefangen in der Location: Sehr zentral von Wiesbaden gelegen, in einem schönen klassischem alten Wiesbadener Altbau. Von innen sehr jung und modern eingerichtet, etwas Fabrikhaus und gleichzeitig kuschelig und gemütlich mit schönen Licht Akzenten und einer allgemein sehr angenehmen Wohlfühlatmosphäre welcher dem Namen „Das Wohnzimmer“ sehr gerecht wird.
