Einfach nur wow! Selten so gut gegessen wie hier, ganz ehrlich. Das Gefühl, den Namen des Tieres zu kennen, welches zudem direkt aus der Region stammt, ist wirklich erhaben. Das Konzept mir dem 3. Platte fand ich auch super gut! Unbedingt vorher reservieren, das Lokal ist extrem populär. Wir sind wirklich froh hier gegessen zu haben und haben jeden Bissen genossen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Die Kellnerin hat uns sehr gut über die Speisekarte informiert und passende Gerichte sowie den dazu passenden Wein empfohlen. Das Essen war einfach großartig! Das Fleisch und die Leber zergingen förmlich auf der Zunge, der Wein passte perfekt zu den Gerichten, und die wunderbaren Desserts rundeten unser Abendessen perfekt ab.Vielen Dank für das tolle Essen und den erstklassigen Service! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, sobald wir wieder in Innsbruck sind.
