Auf Empfehlung sind wir am ersten Abend unseres Urlaubes dort eingekehrt. Und ich war wirklich baff. Ich wollte schon immer mal in einem typisch, amerikanischen Diner etwas essen. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Klassisches, stylisches aussehen eines originales Diners nachempfunden. Bänke und Stühle in weiß/rot gehalten. Etwas gedimmtes Licht, lockere Atmosphäre. Eine riesige Foto Tapete an der Wand mit der Skyline Manhattens. Zwei shoppers mit mega Sissybar im Lokal. Man hätte hier auch gut "From Dusk till Dawn" drehen können. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Alles hausgemachte Gerichte, nichts im heißen Fett gebraten, geschweige denn Mikrowelle. Das Fleisch war saftig und nicht ganz durchgebraten. Sehr legger. Bedienung sehr freundlich, vlt etwas zu hastig. Wir kommen defintiv wieder, sollte es uns wieder in diese Gegend verschlagen.

Genial ist auch, dass es viele verschiedene scharfe Soßen gibt, was dem ganzen ein gewisses etwas verleiht 🌶️🔥. Die Preise sind für die Location und Lage total in Ordnung. Alles Top!

Absolut konträr zum „Das Thiers“, aber auch vollkommen authentisch.Interieur sehr hochwertig wie man es aus eigenen US-Trips kennt, dazu mit einer schmackhafteren Küche als man es aus den Staaten kennt.Einzig kleiner Kritikpunkt oder auch Anregung, vielleicht kann die Karte noch punktuell etwas ausdehnen, aber dafür fehlt es am Ende evtl an Kundschaft.Fazit: Top und verdiente 5 Sterne, da auch die Bedienung sehr freundlich war.
