Wir lieben das Dablju. Unserer Meinung nach gibt es in Balingen und Umgebung kein vergleichbares Restaurant. Absolut authentisch, super Personal und das Essen ist eine Geschmacksexplosion. Man fühlt sich total willkommen. Die Karte ist nicht zu groß und einige Gerichte werden nach ein paar Wochen ausgetauscht. Genau nach meinem Geschmack. Qualitäts- und Frischegarantie! Weiter so! 👏🏼 und Danke für diese grandiose Idee und Umsetzung in Balingen!

Schon die sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch Antonio hat die ersten super positiven Punkte gebracht. Das Essen? WTF!!!! Es war der Hammer!!! Der Kalbsrücken…. Wie geil! Die eingelegten Sardinen als Vorspeise! Wie geil. Der dazu gereichte Wein hat auch mich als eingefleischtem Biertrinker absolut abgeholt. Was für ein kleines, sehr sehr feines Restaurant. Neben den tollen Speisen ist aber absolut der freundliche Service hervorzuheben. Gerne wieder!!!!! Macht weiter so Jungs. Tolles authentisches Konzept! 6 von 5 Sternen!!!!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, das Essen war superlecker, das Ambiente total angenehm und der Service richtig herzlich. Mir hat besonders gefallen, dass die Karte klein und übersichtlich war, genau richtig, um sich nicht ewig entscheiden zu müssen. 😊👍 Einfach Top!
