Da ich in Rom lebe, habe ich nach einer originalen Carbonara (ohne Sahne) gefragt. Mir ist natürlich klar, dass es eventuell keinen originalen Guanciale gibt, aber das waren die schlechtesten Carbonara, die ich je gegessen habe. Bestandteile waren u.a. ein undefinierbarer Schinken sowie Zwiebeln (???).
