Um mal über den Tellerrand zu schauen sollte man die rote „eingedeutschte“ Speisekarte beiseite legen und die schwarze Original chinesische Speisekarte fordern. Hier gibt es eine geniale Auswahl an leckeren und abwechslungsreichen, teilweise auch sehr exotischen Gerichten (Schweinefüße, Innereien etc.). Wir haben die frittierten Schweinerippchen, gebratenes Gemüse und Kung Pao Chicken gegessen, sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Von meinem letzten Besuch kann ich auch wärmstens die Dumplings empfehlen. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und bringt auf Nachfrage auch sehr hochwertige Chopsticks, mit denen das Essen noch authentischer wird. Ich muss sagen dieses Restaurant ist eine kulinarische Wohltat für Arnstadt.
