Die Martinigans war sehr gut. Saftig, die Knödel so wie sie sein sollen und das Rotkraut war gut und weihnachtlich gewürzt ohne parfümiert zu schmecken. Man muss die Gans auch nicht reservieren sondern es gibt den ganzen November über genug.
