Unser Besuch im Café Thelen war ein kulinarisches Highlight. Wir hatten Schnitzel, Schweinshaxe und Aachener Sauerbraten – jedes Gericht war hervorragend zubereitet. Das Schnitzel war außen knusprig und innen zart, die Schweinshaxe fiel förmlich vom Knochen und war perfekt gewürzt. Der Aachener Sauerbraten überzeugte durch sein zartes Fleisch und die ausgewogene süß-saure Marinade. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, das Ambiente gemütlich mit toller Aussicht auf Monschau. Ein Besuch im Café Thelen ist definitiv empfehlenswert für Liebhaber regionaler Küche!

Essen hervorragend und wirklich Hausgemacht - hier wird noch frisch und mit Liebe gekocht, das schmeckt man! Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht und der Service hatte viel zu tun. Dennoch waren die Mitarbeiter gut gelaunt, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich - mehr geht nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.
