Urlaub in Spanien? Oh, nein. Das kostet viel Geld. Flug, Hotel, Essen usw., das muss nicht sein. Klein Spanien ist gleich um die Ecke…und ein Genusspunkt in Ostsachsen. Im Weißenberger „spanischen Spezialitätenrestaurant TORO verschmelzen kulinarisch landestypische spanische Gerichte mit mediterraner Atmosphäre. Anlässlich einer Einladung zur Konfirmation konnten wir alles live mit “verkosten“… Als Vorspeise wurden u.a. Tintenfischringe, Falafelbällchen, spanischer Käse, Serrano-Schinken, Chorizosalami, Runzelkartoffeln und Maischips mit entsprechenden Dips gereicht. Später als Hauptgang gab es Hähnchen in Metaxasauce, Scholle Finkenwerder Art, Putenleber mit Zwiebel, Rinderroulade mit Paprika und Chorizo gefüllt sowie Sous-vide-gegarten Bullen in Pulled Pork Art…Wie gesagt, alles sehr lecker und empfehlenswert.
