Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und sehr frisch.Ich konnte ein ECHTES Rindersteak-Tartar mit hausgemachten Pommes essen. 🤩Chefkoch Jean Baptiste ist der ehemalige Besitzer der verstorbenen Crêperie du Lion d’Or in Le Locle. Glücklicherweise können wir ihn und seine köstliche Küche finden.Für Fans gibt es auf Vorbestellung echte Kutteln nach Neuenburger Art 📆Die Besitzer des Café des Faucheurs und sein Kellner sind bezaubernd!Authentischer Ort zum absoluten Entdecken 👍J’ai passé un excellent moment. La cuisine est excellente et très fraîche.J’ai pu manger un VÉRITABLE steak tartare de bœuf avec des frites maison. 🤩Le chefJean Baptiste, est l’ancien tenancier de la regretté Crêperie du Lion d’Or au Locle.
