Wir waren gestern das erste mal dort. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Es gibt eine kleine Karte aber wir brauchen nicht viele. Lieber weniger dafür eine gute Qualität. Wir kommen wieder.

Der Außen- und Innenbereich in ständiger Modernisierung sieht mittlerweile großartig und gepflegt aus... der Terrassenbereich mit Aussicht ist einfach wunderschön atmosphärisch... Die Waldumgebung bietet tolle Spaziergänge an und die Ruine sollte eh begutachtet werden ;-) Die Speisekarte ist zwar nicht so vielseitig und die Preise recht gehoben, aber Atmosphäre, Service und Qualität hat absolut gepasst und Saisongerichte (Spargel/Bärlauch) ergänzen das Angebot. ! Obendrein ein super Ort für Feiern (toller Saal), Workshops und auch Übernachtungen... Toller Ort für und in Salzgitter. TOP.

Schnitzel in der Pfanne zubereitet [ kein Fritteusenschnitzel) dazu gut gewürzt, Kartoffeln etwas fest aber ok. Spargel 1. Wahl, für mich etwas weich aber sehr lecker. Holondaise Sauce nicht überwürzt und eine ausreichende Menge. Ganz sicher, weit vorn, unter den Top Five in Salgitter und Umgebung.
