Das Fleisch vom Junghirsch war sehr zart und geschmacklich sehr gut. Auch der Salat war frisch und mit einem guten Dressing versehen. Die Pfifferlinge zum Knödel bzw Fleisch einfach lecker. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Von der Planung angefangen, über den exzellenten Service bis hin zu wirklich guter klassischer deutscher Küche hat alles gepasst. Bei der Familienfeier hatten wir Markklößchensuppe zur Vorspeise, Salatteller (superfrisch und knackig) sowie zum Hauptgang gemischtenl Platten (div. Beilagen, Gemüse und drei Fleischsorten) ausgewählt. Auf Sonderwünsche (z. B. für einen Vegetarier) wurde eingegangen. Die Qualität war überzeugend. Der Service war hervorragend, die Wünsche unserer Gäste wurden stets abgefragt. Unsere Gäste waren ebenso begeistert wie wir.
