Ich war im Brauhaus Friedrichroda essen und habe das halb & halb Gulasch vom Schwein und Rind bestellt – dazu Thüringer Klöße und Salat. Es war einfach lecker! Das Gulasch war super zart und perfekt gewürzt. Die Mischung aus Schwein und Rind hat geschmacklich richtig gut harmoniert. Die Klöße waren schön locker und genau auf den Punkt, der Salat frisch und knackig – alles hat perfekt zusammengepasst. Für mich ein echtes Highlight – einfach hammer! Ich kann das Brauhaus nur empfehlen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Leider sind in Friedrichroda viele Traditionelle Lokale mittlerweile geschlossen, das Brauhaus hat zum Glück überlebt und wird gut besucht. Thüringer Spezialitäten, kurze Wartezeiten und die Stammkundschaft sind ein Beleg für die tolle Leistung des Teams hier. Lohnt sich!

Zudem das Schackobräu Bier, welches super süffig schmeckt - auch wenn es Pils ist, hat es viel mehr den Charakter eines vollmundig hellen Bieres. Wir waren 30 Personen und alle haben unisono gesagt, dass es eine sehr gute Wahl ist. Macht weiter mit dieser Qualität und dem extrem tollen Service - haltet am Personal fest, denn die Leute sind wirklich unbezahlbar gut!
