Wir hatten eine Gesellschaft von 33 Personen zum Frühstücksbuffet angemeldet. Es erwartete uns ein tolles Ambiente direkt im Fachwerkviertel und dem schönen kleinen Kurpark von Rothenuffeln. Wir waren mit Allem rundum zufrieden und begeistert. Angefangen von der Vorbesprechung sowie dem tollen, freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service rund um Merle mit Team! Das Buffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir, sowie alle unsere Gäste waren zufrieden und wir alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne Mal wieder. Auch einfach so Mal zum Frühstücken und Essen gehen zu empfehlen. Im Sommer lockt auch der schöne Biergarten zu einer Einkehr. Wer Übernachtungsbesuch hat ist im Hotelbereich sicher auch gut untergebracht.
