Es ist enorm selten, dass ein Restaurant in der Schweiz seine eigene Brühe herstellt. Die Köchin im Bistro Hanoi macht sich diese Mühe und es lohnt sich! Die Pho Bo ist exzellent. Das Zitat "Best Soup in Town" - es trifft zu.

Gastgeber Paar waren sehr freundlich.Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Unser Gericht war qualitativ frisch und sehr sehr lecker, fast als wäre man in Hanoi. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles war top, daher 5 Sterne.
