Als Kind in Seesen oft beim Mittelalter fest gewesen. Nach 22 Jahren endlich wieder bei den Jungs von Gabar gegessen und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht - im Gegenteil! Leckerer Döner und Saucen!

Der Dönerladen ist für mich einer der besten in Deutschland. Ich bin dort schon über 26 Jahre Stammgast. Auch wenn man es nicht sieht und auch keine Werbung damit gemacht wird kann ich folgende Aussagen treffen: Der Hähnchenspieß wird morgens selber gesteckt, das Dönerfleisch kommt jeden Morgen von einer örtlichen Fleischerei. Der Spieß wird jeden Morgen selber hergestellt (Kein tiefgefrorener Spieß aus der Fabrik). Der Dürümfladen stammt ebenfalls aus eigener Herstellung. Der Döner insgesamt besteht aus wenigen aber dafür hochwertigen Zutaten. Die teilweise unterirdisch geschriebenen Bewertungen kann ich nur schwer nachvollziehen. Euer Meister 😊

Nachdem ich schon seit 6 Jahren aus Seesen weggezogen bin, muss ich feststellen dass ich bis zum Gabar und danach auch nie wieder einen so guten Hähnchen Döner/Fleisch gegessen habe, selbst in Berlin oder Frankfurt nicht. Hier wird der Spieß noch selber hergestellt und gewürzt. Wer mal in der Gegend ist, unbedingt probieren!
