Nach einem Saunabesuch hatte ich richtig Hunger – und das Baros hat mich voll überzeugt! Der Service war aufmerksam und schnell, die Beratung top. Ich habe die 3-Sterne-Chili-Variante genommen, dazu knusprige Fritten und einen frischen Salat mit exzellentem Home-Dressing. Der Burger war lecker und sättigend, nur ein wenig wärmer hätte er sein können. Dazu ein kühles Bier – perfekt! Besonders gefällt mir das regionale Konzept, das man hier spürt. Auch die vegetarischen Varianten klangen vielversprechend. Fazit: So macht Kulinarik Spaß! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Burger natürlich als Aushängeschild (ich hatte den mit Bavaria Blue Käse und als Upgrade das Wildpatty - ein Gedicht!). Süßkartoffelfritten mit der zitronigen Mayo ist eine Empfehlung! Und die Limos (ich hatte einmal die mit Limette, und dann noch die mit Ingwer) sehr lecker, nicht zu süß und sehr erfrischend. Und vielen Dank für das Stück Cheesecake zu meinem Geburtstag 🥳
