Wir waren in den letzten Jahren schon mehrfach im Banyan beim Essen und wir waren immer sehr zufrieden. Gestern hatte ich Pech mit der Wahl meines Aperitifs, der war einfach nicht nach meinem Geschmack. Der Umgang des Personals mit meiner Unzufriedenheit war absolut lobenswert und sehr kulant - das Getränk wurde getauscht und das noch mit einem freundlichen Lächeln des Kellners.
