Ein echt gemütliches kleines Restaurant was wirklich unbedingt einen Besuch wert ist, denn hier ist jeder Cent richtig investiert. Genuss auf höchstem Niveau, herzlicher und kompetenter Service ohne aufdringlich zu sein, man spürt die Leidenschaft, mit der hier gearbeitet wird! Es gibt auch sehr interessante alkoholfreie selbstgemachte Getränke. Hier ist einiges zu entdecken, wer in Berlin ist, sollte unbedingt vorbeischauen!

Tolle Zusammensetzung der Komponenten auch wenn es bei manchen Gängen wenige Komponenten waren, so sieht man hier das weniger mehr ist. Eine so ausgereifte Zubereitung von z.b der Schwarzwurzel hatte ich so noch nie. Ein gelungener Abend den ich gerne wiederhole.
