Auf der Durchreise sind wir hier eingekehrt. Wollten nur kurz frühstücken. Man kommt hier aber in eine kleine heile Welt, wo man mit Ruhe bedient wird, ohne zu bummeln. Wir wurden nett beraten, bekamen die Plinsen warm gemacht. Andere Gäste wurden mit Namen begrüßt oder verabschiedet. Das Personal untereinander war freundlich und hilfsbereit und so ging man auch mit der Kundschaft um. Alles war sauber, die Tische, das Geschirr, die Toiletten. Man sitzt seitlich im Raum vom Verkaufstresen, so dass man von dort separiert in Ruhe essen kann. Wir werden auf dem Rückweg wieder hier einkehren und in die friedliche Morgenroutine dieser niedlichen Bäckerei eintauchen.
