Nachtrag: ab sofort rangiert diese Filiale wieder auf Nr. 1 der Bestenliste aller Bäckereien im norddeutschen Raum, die Rührei im Angebot haben. Der Fettklops ist weg und es gibt wieder Butter!!! Alles andere war ja schon auf hohem Niveau und einem gemütlichen und entspannten Frühstück steht jetzt nichts mehr im Wege. Danke an die Mitarbeiterinnen und die Geschäftsleitung für diese Korrektur. Mein Stammplatz ist jetzt wieder gesichert. Hier gab es bis vor kurzem das beste Rührei in ganz Norddeutschland. Und das in angenehmer Atmosphäre bei ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal. Warum in aller Welt gibt es jetzt keine Butter mehr zum Frühstück? Stattdessen bekommt man so einen Klops aus Kunstfett mit Margarine ähnlichem Geschmack. Ich empfinde es einfach nur als extrem ekelig. Warum macht man sich freiwillig so das Geschäft kaputt? Wer sich mal die Herstellung von Margarine angesehen hat… das kann nicht gesund sein und schmeckt auch noch furchtbar. Nachtrag: auch nach 2 weiteren Monaten hat sich nichts geändert. Ich greife jetzt zur Notlösung und bringe mir Butter von zuhause mit. Auch nach nochmaligem testen ist diese Fettkugel geschmacklich grausam. Ich bin da scheinbar auch nicht der einzige. An vielen Tischen der anderen Gäste ist alles leergeputzt, nur die Fettkugeln bleiben über und gehen zurück in den Abfall.
