Das Gebäck einfach Super Geschmack. Die Brezeln erst, ein Hochgenuss, wie zuhause. Das Eis sollten Sie mal versuchen, wie beim Italiener. Einige Sorten sind mir zwar ein wenig zu süß, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Wenn eine Veranstaltung in Maria Alm stattfindet, sollte man sich auf eine kleine Wartezeit einstellen. Für 20 - 30 Gäste auf einmal mit den Sonderwünsche könnte eine 3 Verkäuferin nicht schaden. Sonst sehr freundliche Verkäuferinnen. Bäckerei Bauer ist auf jedenfall einen Besuch wert.
