Ein alteigesessenes Traditionslokal in Paderborn mit sog. "Gut bürgerliche Küche"! Hier verkehren die Paderborner. Gemütlich, nett, freundlich, und immer lecker. Volle 5 Sterne dafür von mir - nur Parken kann man nicht vor der Tür - war aber mit dem Rad da.

Wenn ihr Lust auf gemütliche Wirtshausatmosphäre habt, seid ihr hier genau richtig. Im „Ausspann“ ist der Name Programm. 😉 Das Essen ist echt gut und die Leute im Wirtshaus sehr freundlich und dazu gibt’s Original Paderborner Bier. Also wenn ich noch mal nach Paderborn komme, bin ich bestimmt wieder hier.

Sehr freundliche und prompte Bedienung. Urgemütliche Atmosphäre. Eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und relativ einfachen Gerichten, die aber offenbar frisch zubereitet werden und sehr schmackhaft sind. Die Portionsgröße ist sättigend, aber nicht überdimensioniert. Ich hatte an einem Abend einen Wirtshausgulasch, an einem anderen „Himmel un Ääd“ - beides sehr zu empfehlen! Da es sich längst herumgesprochen hat, dass das "Ausspann" ein guter Tipp ist, empfiehlt es sich, vorher einen Tisch zu reservieren.
