Wir hatten zwei sehr leckere Burger mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Leider haben wir davon keine Fotos gemacht, sie sahen sehr appetitlich und spektakulär aus. Der Crème brûlée auf dem Foto merkte man ebenfalls das Handwerk an, sehr lecker. Überraschend gutes Fine Dining in Bramsche. 😀👍🏼

Ich war nun bereits 2 mal in der der Alten Post (seit 2023 neu). Das Ambiente ist urig und gemütlich, das Personal äußerst gastfreundlich, das Essen gut und preislich auch passend. Die Toiletten sind sauber (wenn auch im Vergleich zum Gastraum kühl). Im Gastraum gibt es hinten einen offenen Kamin mit knisterndem Feuer. Es gibt mehrere Séparées, für kleinere oder größere Gesellschaften. Ich habe den Geburtstag hier reserviert und gefeiert, auch Sonderwünsche haben gut geklappt. Während der Woche gibt es eine extra Wochenkarte mit auch Kleinigkeiten. Am Markt kann man sehr nahe parken. An einem uralten Kirchplatz gelegen, im Schatten der Bäume und der Kirche St. Martin. Sie wurde erstmals im Jahr 1097 erwähnt. Hier gibt es solide Hausmannskost. Freundlich-flotte Bedienung. Ein Platz mit einem ganz eigenen Flair.
