Wie gewohnt werden die Fleischspieße mit voller Hingabe frisch zubereitet, wobei konsequent auf Massenware verzichtet wird. Besonders erwähnenswert ist zudem die vegetarische Variante, die bei den Gästen auf großen Anklang stößt.
