Wir waren am 25.12.24 zum Lunch Brunch hier. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, der Service war höflich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war reichlich und gut. Als Vegetarier hätte ich mir vielleicht noch eine fleischlose Pssta oder zweite Gemüsevariante o.ä.gewünscht.

Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Gute Servicekräfte findet man nur bei guter Behandlung und guter Bezahlung. Bei hohem Besucheraufkommen wirkt alles sehr unprofessionell und unorganisiert. Scheint den Betreiber bei all den Rezensionen nicht weiter zu interessieren. Lange Wartezeit für ein Stück Kuchen und eine Heißgetränke am Nachmittag. Zum Abschluss das Buffet am Abend, was vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schon recht unverschämt ist. Geschmacklich ok, aber leider nichts besonderes. Trotzdem, es ist für den Westerwald eine einmalige Lokation. Bitte sorgt für eine bessere Organisation und einen geregelten Ablauf und vor allen Dingen, für ein gutes kollegiales Verhältnis. Wertschätzung fängt nicht beim Kunden an, sondern bei der eigenen Belegschaft.
