Gestartet haben wir mit einem Vespercocktail und einem klassischen Negroni an der Bar – und dieser unglaubliche Ausblick über Heidelberg ist wirklich einzigartig! Dann ging es weiter mit einem spektakulären Fünfgängemenü: Tuna Tatar, weiße Spargelcremesuppe, Steinbutt, Iberico Kotelett und als krönenden Abschluss eine Erdbeer-Rhabarber-Tartelette – jedes Gericht war ein echtes Meisterwerk!
