De G.Der Koch ist ein wahrer Meister. Noch nie so gut gegessen hier in Dresden. Ganz kleines gemütliches Kellerrestaurant/Kellerbar. Liebevoll eingerichtet und tatsächlich etwas ganz besonderes. Einziges Manko war das zu dick geschnittene Carpaccio, aber bei den perfekten Haptspeisen die wir bekommen haben, kann man darüber hinweg sehen, zumal das Fleisch eine sehr gute Qualität hatte und der Eigengeschmack alles wieder rausgeholt hat. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.
